I am relatively new to blogging - which may or may not be a dying trend. My initial intentions for this blog is to write about toys. I work in toy retail (mostly of the educational type); I have a 21-month-old son whose toys have taken over half of the house; and I have a boyfriend whose toys (sorry, "action figures") have taken up the other half of the house.
Now that I have a kid of my own, I have to admit I really did not know anything about selling toys for babies and toddlers. A couple of years ago, I was selling things by the ages listed on the boxes. Now I know what generally makes a good toy and what to look for at certain stages of development. My son, Agent C, is almost two - so I am a little behind on sharing what have been our favorite toys. I expect to start out motivated and write a ton of retrospective blogs, and then fizzle out for a while, then maybe start up again. Hopefully our experiences can help/entertain/amuse/inspire someone - even if only for a second.
